KVKK Data Protection Notice

This Data Protection Notice has been prepared by Lina Hava ve Kara Taşımacılık A.Ş. ("the Company"), as data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), to inform you regarding the processing of your personal data obtained through the linaas.com.tr website ("the Site").

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Evaluating and responding to requests and messages submitted through the contact form,
Conducting communication activities between the Company and the customer/visitor,
Ensuring the security of the site and the contact form, and preventing misuse (spam/bots),
Fulfilling legal obligations upon request and responding to requests from authorized public institutions.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2-(c) of the KVKK, "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract," and Article 5/2-(f), "data processing being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject."

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations only where there is a legal obligation. In addition, due to the Google reCAPTCHA service used to ensure the security of the contact form, certain technical data is shared with Google LLC as a service provider, and in this context, data transfer abroad may be involved in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. 6. Method of Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is collected automatically by electronic means when you fill in and submit the contact form on the Site.

7. Your Rights Under the KVKK

In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller, you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is processed,
To request information about it if your personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
To request the correction of personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
To request that correction/deletion/destruction operations be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
To object to the emergence of a result against you due to the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
To request compensation for damages if you suffer damages due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

8. Method of Application

You may submit your requests regarding the rights listed above, together with documents proving your identity, in writing by hand-delivering them to our address specified above, by sending them through a notary, or by transmitting them to the info@linaas.com.tr address with a secure electronic signature/mobile signature or via your registered e-mail address. Your request will be concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on its nature.

This Data Protection Notice may be updated in line with changes in legal regulations or changes in the Company's data processing activities. The current version is always published on this page.
